These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Waroja (the "Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Waroja.
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your password and any verification codes confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to hold a Waroja wallet.
Your Waroja wallet balance is funded via your dedicated UBA virtual account. Funds in your wallet may be used to buy products and services, pay for VTU top-ups, contribute to savings plans, or be withdrawn to your linked bank account, subject to any withdrawal limits or verification requirements shown in the app.
Marketplace and service payments are held in escrow and released to the seller once you confirm delivery/completion, or automatically after the confirmation window shown at checkout. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders as described. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before paying.
If an order goes wrong, you can open a dispute from your order page. Our moderation team will review evidence from both sides and make a binding decision on the escrowed funds.
You may not use Waroja to list illegal goods or services, commit fraud, launder money, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent escrow by transacting outside the Platform. Violating these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds tied to fraudulent activity, to the extent permitted by law.
Airtime, data, cable TV, and electricity purchases are final once successfully processed by our upstream provider. If a purchase fails on the provider's side, your wallet is automatically refunded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Waroja after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
