Simple habits that keep your money and your account safe on Waroja.
Never send or receive money outside the Waroja wallet and escrow system. If a buyer or seller asks you to pay directly via bank transfer, cash, or a third-party app, treat it as a red flag and report it — off-platform payments have no escrow protection and Waroja cannot help recover the money.
Check a seller or buyer's join date, verification badge, ratings, and past listings before transacting. Be cautious of brand-new accounts with no reviews asking for large payments or unusual terms.
When you pay with escrow, your funds are held securely by Waroja until the order is delivered and confirmed. Sellers only get paid after you confirm receipt (or after the auto-release window if there is no dispute). If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute to freeze the funds while an admin reviews the case.
If someone asks for your password, OTP, card details, or pressures you to skip escrow, stop the conversation and report the user or listing immediately. Use the report option on any profile, listing, or chat, or contact support directly.
Waroja handles listing, chat, escrow payment, and dispute resolution — delivery of physical goods is entirely the seller's responsibility. Agree on delivery details in chat and only confirm receipt once you've actually received your item in the expected condition.
Our support bot and human support team are available from the Help Center any time you're unsure about a transaction. When in doubt, ask before you pay.
